## **Abstract** \n\nThe dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nThis dataset consists of a geodatabase containing polyline Feature Classes which show 50m interval contour lines for the Galilee Basin subregion hydrogeological formations grids, as sourced from the dataset - Galilee geological model 25-05-15 (GUID: bd1c35a0-52c4-421b-ac7d-651556670eb9)\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nProvides a polyline dataset for the alternative display and visualisation of the top of hydrogeological formation elevations in the Galilee Basin subregion\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nContours were derived from the hydrogeolgoical formation grids of the Galilee_geological_model_25-05-15 (GUID: bd1c35a0-52c4-421b-ac7d-651556670eb9) dataset. Contours were refined using the ArcGIS spatial analyst tool set - ' smooth contour tools'.\n\n\n\nContours were scanned for errors such as negative thickness, missing data, incorrectly calculated thickness, aquifers/aquitards with missing formations, and false XY data.\n\n\n\nData has undergone a QAQC verification process in order to capture and repair attribute and geometric errors.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (2015) Galilee hydrogeological formation contours v01.
