This dataset aims to improve the PanCancer Atlas data, including Timeline/Treatment data, Genetic Ancestry data, and Methylation data. The Timeline/Treatment data is sourced from GDAC Firehose, using the `Merge_Clinical.Level_1.20160128` file. The Genetic Ancestry data is also sourced from GDAC Firehose, using the `Admixture_by_sample.txt` file. The Methylation data is sourced from GDAC Firehose, using the `jhu-usc.edu_PANCAN_HumanMethylation450.betaValue_whitelisted.tsv` file. Detailed transformation steps for each part of the data are listed in the corresponding Pull Request.
