Experimental and simulated scattered light intensity distributions at the front and side of a 30 mm cuvette illuminated with a 473 nm laser beam. The cuvette is containing an aqueous dispersion of 4.94 µm polystyrene spheres at various optical depths (OD 0-17.5). Simulation performed using Multi-scattering.
