Raw TGA–DTA data for PVA and PVA/glycerol films under different heating rates

This dataset contains raw thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) data supporting the article “Impact of Glycerol and Heating Rate on the Thermal Decomposition of PVA Films” (Polymers 2025, 17, 2095). The data include sample mass and heat flow as a function of temperature for pure poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) films and PVA/glycerol films with different glycerol contents, measured in air and inert (argon) atmospheres at different heating rates. Only raw experimental data are provided. Derived quantities such as DTG curves, conversion degree, and kinetic parameters can be reproduced from the raw data following the procedures described in the associated article.
