Energy transfer efficiencies and analyte comparisons used to detect the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from oils

We demonstrate that the use of phosphate buffer vs. phosphate buffered saline dramatically effects the ability of cyclodextrins to extract PAHs from complex oils, providing important insight into the mechanism behind such extractions. This dataset contains energy transfer efficiencies and analyte comparisons of oil spill oil and tar ball oil.
