High School and Students with Psychosocial Difficulties, 1993

The purpose of the project was to increase secondary school readiness for realizing the school's goals for students with psychosocial difficulties.The project included empirical investigation, networks, competence development program for network operators and local development at 8 high schools. The information for the empirical study was collected using questionnaires sent to teachers and students at eight high schools in three counties. The survey among students and teachers documented significant amounts of problematic behaviors in secondary schools. They also revealed that there are significant differences between students' and teachers' description of the situation.
