Mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs) were differentiated to Epiblast-like cells (EpiLCs) according to the protocol in Hayashi et al., 2011. Samples were taken at 0, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours. Wildtype and Ncor2 knockout ESCs were also sequenced to measure gene expression. The data was sequenced to a depth suitable for the analyiss of transposable elements. All samples have at least 10 million paired-end sequence tags, and each read is 150 bp in length
