DAPPL Approach to the Identify Readers of Modified Cytosine

Epigenetic modifications of DNA in mammals play important roles in many biological processes. Identification of readers of these epigenetic marks is a critical step towards understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms. Here, we report the invention and application of an all-to-all approach, dubbed as DAPPL, to simultaneously profile human TF-DNA interactions using mixtures of random DNA libraries carrying four different epigenetic modifications.
