Methylation beta values for iPSC and PBMC samples

Methylation beta values for the manuscript Characterization of DNA methylation in PBMCs and donor-matched iPSCs shows age-related methylation is reset during stem cell reprogramming by Reed et al. Methylation beta values were calculated using the R package Meffil for peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and corresponding induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from individuals in the Genetic and Epigenetic Signatures of Translational Aging (GESTALT) longitudinal study. For samples where multiple clones were generated, we prioritized sample A (if it existed) over sample B.
