数据集8于2020.01-2022.12期间在广东工业大学轻工化工学院绿色能源催化实验室、广东中科天元新能源科技有限公司、湛江国投广东生物能源有限公司厂区完成相关工作。生物质高级醇示范装置由广东工业大学基于实验室生物乙醇水相催化合成高级醇相关研究初步确定反应工艺参数及工艺流程,并与参与单位广东中科天元新能源科技有限公司合作设计建造,于2022年10月在广东湛江国投广东生物能源有限公司厂区调试运行。生物质高级醇百吨级中试示范系统采用撬装式集成化系统,相关设计依据国家压力容器制造标准进行制造,关键部件包括进料泵、管式反应器、换热器、气液分离器、倾析器、混液罐、储罐、导热油储罐和电控系统等组成,核心设备占地长6 m*宽3 m*高4 m。反应器设计温度可达280℃,耐压10 MPa,系统额定功率30 kW。系统试运行能效数据依据文献报道和GB 2589-2008-T等进行核算。工艺图设计绘图软件为AutoCAD。
Dataset 8 was finalized through relevant R&D work conducted from January 2020 to December 2022 at the Green Energy Catalysis Laboratory of the School of Light Industry and Chemical Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, as well as at the plant sites of Guangdong Zhongke Tianyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhanjiang Guotou Guangdong Bioenergy Co., Ltd. The reaction process parameters and flow sheets of the biomass higher alcohol demonstration plant were initially determined by Guangdong University of Technology based on its laboratory-scale research on aqueous-phase catalytic synthesis of higher alcohols from bioethanol, and the plant was designed and constructed in partnership with the participating unit Guangdong Zhongke Tianyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. It was commissioned and put into operation in October 2022 at the plant site of Zhanjiang Guotou Guangdong Bioenergy Co., Ltd. The hundred-ton pilot demonstration system for biomass higher alcohols adopts a skid-mounted integrated design. Its design and fabrication comply with national pressure vessel manufacturing standards. Key components include feed pumps, tubular reactor, heat exchanger, gas-liquid separator, decanter, liquid mixing tank, storage tanks, heat transfer oil storage tank and electrical control system, among others. The core equipment has dimensions of 6 m in length × 3 m in width × 4 m in height. The reactor is designed with a maximum operating temperature of 280°C and a pressure rating of 10 MPa, with a system rated power of 30 kW. The energy efficiency data obtained during the system's trial operation were calculated based on literature reports and national standards such as GB 2589-2008-T. The process diagram was designed using AutoCAD software.
