Alkis — Düren County

The Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS) is part of the geobase information system of the North Rhine-Westphalian survey management and successor system of the Automated Property Map (ALK) and the Automated Property Book (ALB). In addition to the official spatial reference, Alki’s products also provide the official land reference within the meaning of the Land Registry Regulations. In addition, ALKIS provides comprehensive information about parcels, buildings, owners, use and topography. All relevant facts and legal statuses are depicted in ALKIS in an object-oriented manner. In addition, all objects receive a lifetime interval. Lost objects are only kept historically and still in the database, so that any previous situation can be reconstructed. Alkis enables a redundancy-free, scale-independent and leaf-free keeping of the data of the real estate cadastre.
