Since 2003, the city of Großräschen has consistently developed the industrial and commercial area “Sonne” into a modern industrial location on the basis of planning law under the planning plan No. 02. A large part of the land was allocated on the basis of the optimal boundary conditions, so that in a 1st amendment in 2008 the construction area was extended.
