2016-2021中国抑郁症人群-临床一般资料

本数据集共包含1295人的年龄、性别、服药情况、肝功、家族史、既往史、共病、性质（单次发病/复发，复发次数）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、躁狂量表（BRMS）等临床资料。1295人中包括采集了血液样本的438名单相抑郁症患者和81名双相情感障碍患者，采集了尿液标本的298名单相抑郁症患者、24名双相情感障碍患者以及454名健康对照者。This dataset contains clinical data from 1295 participants, covering age, gender, medication status, liver function, family medical history, past medical history, comorbidities, disease course characteristics (single episode / recurrent episode, number of recurrent episodes), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) scores, and Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale (BRMS) scores, among other clinical metrics. Of these 1295 participants, 438 patients with unipolar depression and 81 patients with bipolar disorder had blood samples collected, while 298 patients with unipolar depression, 24 patients with bipolar disorder and 454 healthy controls provided urine specimens.
