Plots of meadow bird metering net in Overijssel

The dataset consists of the inventory of the provincial meadow bird metering network in Overijssel. The plots consist of area boundaries where since 1994 biennially in spring the occurrence of meadow birds has been looked at. The network consists of 41 plots. In 2015, 8 sites in concentration areas with meadow bird management were added and 15 sites expired. This is to make the monitoring network better match with agricultural nature management (ANLb 2016). The data from the monitoring network are provided to the National Meadow Bird Measurement Network, as part of the Network Ecological Monitoring (NEM). The inventory data of the species found are included in the dataset ‘Inventory data for pasture birds’
