Data for "SUBMERGED AQUATIC VEGETATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY IN AN AMAZON LAGOON"

This is the dataset of the article “Submerged aquatic vegetation and environmental quality in an Amazon lagoon” by Hanna B.F. Amaral, Carlos E. Peixoto-Dias, Najara A.E.S. Paiva and Joel C. Creed submitted to Regional Studies in Marine Science as a Paper. The data are from a study of submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) carried out in the Lagoa da Jansen, Maranhão, Brazil in 2023. The dataset consists of three sheets: Sheet 1: Site coordinates; Sheet 2: Salinity and temperature data; Sheet 3: Biomass data (g dry weight.m-2) for Ruppia maritima, Ulva intestinalis, Chaetomorpha brachygona.
