A nonlinear model was trained using a deep neural network (DNN) method using the FY-3D MERSI-II time series remote sensing dataset with a resolution of 250 meters from 2019 to 2023. The model features the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Enhanced Vegetation Index (EVI) time series data, which can accurately identify the spatial distribution of the main winter wheat producing areas in China. This dataset covers the spatial distribution of major winter wheat producing regions in China from 2020 to 2023. The data is saved in the form of one compressed file (2020-2023 China Winter Wheat Main Production Area Spatial Distribution Dataset. rar), which includes four. tif format files. Each. tif file is saved in an 8-bit raster data structure, using integer data to represent attribute information. In these files, pixel value 1 represents winter wheat, while 0 represents others. The size of the entire dataset is 6.08MB, and the coordinate system used is UTM-WGS84.
