We report the RNA sequencing of VK12653 Multiple Myeloma bone marrow microenvironment upon treatment with anti-CD137 agonists A global transcriptomic analysis of BM cells isolated from WT mice challenged with Vk12653 myeloma cells (2.106 cells, i.v) treated or not with anti-CD137 mAb (10 µg; 3H3, i.p twice a week) was performed by RNAseq using TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Preparation kit on a Novaseq 6000 S4 Illumina sequencing platform generating in average 20 million pairs of reads per sample.
