Whole genome sequence (WGS) data was generated on 50 Coriell samples whose parents were originally sequenced as part of the Polaris HiSeqX Diversity Panel (PRJEB20654). These samples were sequenced using 2x150bp reads on an Illumina HiSeqX sequencer and are part of Illumina’s Polaris project to develop publicly available resources for population genomic analyses.
