Mizagliflozin and Phloretin in experimental PD

Here we tested a selective blocker of sodium glucose co-transporter 1, mizagliflozin, as well as phloretin, a non-selective blocker of facilitative glucose channels in an experimental model of peritoneal dialysis in anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats.本研究在麻醉斯普拉格-道利（Sprague-Dawley）大鼠的腹膜透析实验模型中，测试了钠葡萄糖协同转运蛋白1（sodium glucose co-transporter 1）的选择性阻断剂米格列净（mizagliflozin），以及易化葡萄糖通道的非选择性阻断剂根皮素（phloretin）。
