Replication package for: Climate Physical Risk and the Allocation of County Underwriting Rights

This replication package contains the data, code, and documentation for the manuscript "Climate Physical Risk and the Allocation of County Underwriting Rights: Evidence from Two Consecutive Selection Rounds in China". It includes the curated county-level panel, the manually adjudicated selection records (winner, applicant, and backup lists), the climate hazard index, census covariates, the source manifest, and Python scripts to reproduce the reported tables and bootstrap intervals. See README.md for data sources, variable definitions, licensing, and step-by-step instructions.
