Dynamic of microbiome during arabinoxylan fermentation

In this study, we sought to investigate the effects of gut microbiome variation on establishing metabolic responses with the same fiber intervention using a tractable animal model from two distinctive gut microbiomes: a Chinese native breed and a commercial crossbreed. Furthermore, to examine the core microbiome signature that serves as an indicator and a potential target for utilizing AX, there is a need to determine the patterns or structural characteristics of microbial co-occurrence networks by adopting a guild-based framework emphasizing database time-independence.
