该部分研究内容采用的制备方法是以2,5-二巯基噻二唑以及正辛硫醇、正十二硫醇为原料，采用氧化方法，制备具有良好油溶性的噻二唑衍生物类有色金属腐蚀抑制剂，优化制备条件，获得高纯度的产品，利用红外光谱对添加剂的化学结构进行了表征，同时，研究了腐蚀抑制剂在润滑脂中的抗腐蚀性能。铜片腐蚀实验结果表明：在相同添加量（2%）条件下，设计合成的噻二唑类腐蚀抑制剂抑制铜片腐蚀的效果达到国外V484添加剂产品水平。
