Plot-level values of total (summed) cover over the study period (1979 to 2008) of colonizing herbaceous species (see Appendix A for species classification). Column headings are: Plot number (first digit is watershed number, 1 or 3); the remainining columns are sampling dates (1979, 1980, 1983, 1987, 1990, 1994, 1997, 2002, and 2008. Units are % (values can exceed 100%).本数据集包含研究周期（1979年至2008年）内拓殖性草本物种的总盖度（累加值）的样地级统计数据（物种分类方法详见附录A）。各列的表头信息如下：首列为样地编号（首位数字为流域编号，取值为1或3）；其余各列为采样日期，分别为1979年、1980年、1983年、1987年、1990年、1994年、1997年、2002年及2008年。数据单位为百分比（%，数值可超过100%）。
