Selective reduction in epitaxial SrFe0.5Co0.5O2.5 and its reversibility

This dataset contains the raw numerical data underlying the main figures (Fig. 1–5) of the manuscript titled "Selective reduction in epitaxial SrFe0.5Co0.5O2.5 and its reversibility". Each file corresponds to one figure and includes the x–y data used to plot X-ray diffraction (XRD), soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS), spectroscopic ellipsometry, and in-situ resistance measurements. These data support the findings on selective cobalt reduction and the formation of oxygen-deficient phases in SrFe0.5Co0.5O2.5 thin films. Data are provided in Excel (.xlsx) format for reproducibility and reuse.
