Transcriptome Analysis of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus and Epinephelus tukula

Transcriptome analysis in the liver and muscle were performed for hybrid grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus and Epinephelus tukula cultured in the deeper-offshore aquaculture system and recirculating aquaculture system, aiming to enhance our understanding of the characteristics of fish cultured in deeper-offshore aquaculture systems and to increase the feasibility of deeper-offshore aquaculture.
