Dataset for: Protein-Assisted Assembly of pi-Conjugated Polymers

A solution of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) in 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (TCB) was added to aqueous Cerato ulmin to study how a hydrophobin entraps a polymer solution. This dataset reports the Raman intensity, exciton bandwidth, energy, wavelength, absorbance for P3HT/TCB solutions. Solutions were observed the day they were created (day 0) and more than 30 days post creation (>30 days). Data were collected by Raman spectrometry and Grazing Incidence X-ray Diffraction.将聚(3-己基噻吩)(poly(3-hexylthiophene), P3HT)溶于1,2,4-三氯苯(1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, TCB)中制得的溶液，添加至水相Cerato ulmin体系，以探究疏水蛋白如何包埋聚合物溶液。本数据集记录了P3HT/TCB溶液的拉曼强度、激子带宽、能级、波长与吸光度。实验分别在溶液配制当日（第0天）以及配制后30天以上（>30天）开展观测。数据通过拉曼光谱法与掠入射X射线衍射法采集得到。
