Sampling data captured in Oceanic Exploration Research The China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association (hereinafter referred to as COMRA) conducted its activities during 2016 for implementing the programme of activities set forth in the Working Programme in the Extension Five-year Period specified in the Application for Extension of the Contract for Exploration of Polymetallic Nodules submitted by COMRA on 19th November 2015 and approved by ISBA on 18th July 2016. In accordance with the provisions specified in Section 10 of Annex IV to the Regulations, COMRA, as the contractor, submits to the Secretary- General of the International Seabed Authority (hereinafter referred to as ISBA), this Annual Report covering its programme of activities for the year of 2016.大洋勘探研究采集的采样数据 中国大洋矿产资源研究开发协会（China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association，以下简称COMRA）于2016年开展相关活动，以落实其2015年11月19日提交、国际海底管理局（International Seabed Authority，以下简称ISBA）于2016年7月18日批准的《多金属结核（polymetallic nodules）勘探合同延期申请》中明确的延长五年期工作计划项下的活动方案。依据本规章附件四第10节的相关规定，作为承包方的COMRA现向国际海底管理局秘书长提交本2016年度活动方案年度报告。
