The polycomb group protein, CBX8, is a neuron-specific component of Polycomb repressive complex 1 (PRC1) in the adult olfactory epithelium. We performed ChIP-seq to identify genes occupied by CBX8-PRC1. Examination of 2 PRC1 components, CBX8 and RING1B, and 2 histone marks, H3K27me3 and H3K27ac, in purified olfactory sensory neuron precursors; two biologic replicates per ChIP; input sequenced for every biologic replicate
