Research Data Supporting: The relationship between the three-dimensional structure of porous GaN distributed Bragg reflectors and their birefringence

These data are optical measurements and finite element simulations of porous GaN distributed Bragg reflectors (DBRs), as used in the submitted paper that they support. The data for Figure 5 are optical measurements, taken of porous GaN DBRs etched laterally. The data for Figures 6 and 7 are simulation results of porous GaN DBR structures modelled in COMSOL.
