Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9512 (1995)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9512 conducted in 1995 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Martin Sinha). These data files are of MBSystem Compatible format and include Swath Bathymetry data and were processed at sea using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Controlled source electromagnetic and seismic investigation of the Valu Fa Ridge, Lau Basin, SW Pacific, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): Ship_Exchange.本数据集由1995年执行的莫里斯·尤因号科考航次EW9512（首席科学家：Martin Sinha博士）使用船载Atlas Hydrosweep DS型多波束声呐系统采集获取。该数据集文件采用MBsystem兼容格式，包含条带测深数据（Swath Bathymetry），并在海上利用开源MB-System多波束声呐处理软件完成数据处理。本数据集采集自西南太平洋劳盆地（Lau Basin）瓦卢法海岭（Valu Fa Ridge）的可控源电磁与地震调查项目，相关经费由美国国家科学基金会（NSF）的Ship_Exchange项目资助。
