资源简介:
Data describing particulate organic matter (POM) quality in the Mission-Aransas Estuary in Texas from 2012-2019. Water column particulates were sampled bimonthly and analyzed for total hydrolyzable amino acids (THAAs), chloropigments (chlorophyll a, pheophytin, and pheophorbide), particulate organic carbon, particulate nitrogen, and stable isotopic ratios of C13 and N15. Site abbreviations are Copano Bay West (CW), Copano Bay East (CE), Aransas Bay (AB), and Ship Channel (SC), which are the same sites used by the Mission-Aransas National Estuarine Research Reserve system-wide monitoring program. Amino acids analyzed are aspartic acid (ASP), glutamic acid (GLU), histidine (HIS), serine (SER), arginine (ARG), glycine (GLY), threonine (THR), β‐alanine (BALA), alanine (ALA), tyrosine (TYR), γ‐aminobutyric acid (GABA), methionine (MET), valine (VAL), phenylalanine (PHE), isoleucine (ILE), and leucine (LEU).
