资源简介:
Basic contents of the experiment:The experiment was designed as 2(familiar/unfamiliar, between participants) *2(benign envy/malicious envy, between participants) *2(envy/being envied, between participants). The dependent variable is the level of attack behavior, which is divided into relational attack intensity, active attack intensity, and average attack intensity. The Rosenberg self-esteem Scale was used to measure the level of self-esteem, and the influence of self-esteem on aggressive behavior was excluded. The level of relational aggression was calculated using the relational aggression scale developed by Liang Fenghua (2005). The Competitive Reaction Time Task (CRT) was used to test the active aggression level and the average aggression level of the participants. The participants were 96 college students in Zhejiang Province. After deleting the extreme values, 94 valid data remained. The number of each group was: ① Familiar companions - benign envy - envy (5 males and 7 females); ② Familiar companions - benign envy - envied (5 males, 7 females); ③ Familiar companions - malicious envy – envy (5 males and 7 females); ④ Familiar companions - malicious envy - envied (5 males, 7 females); ⑤ Stranger Companions - benign envy - envy (6 males, 6 females); ⑥ Stranger Companions - benign envy - envied (6 males, 6 females); ⑦ Stranger companions - malicious envy - envy (6 males and 6 females); ⑧ Stranger companions - malicious envy - envied (6 males, 6 females).Process:The experiment was carried out in 2024, and the participants were formed into pairs to participate in the experiment. The familiar partner group means that both parties know each other and participate in the experiment together, the two people will form their group, and the unfamiliar partner group is randomly matched by the host. Firstly, the Scale was used to measure the self-esteem level of the participants, and the social distance of two participants in the same group was tested with the Inclusion of Other in the Self Scale (IOS), which was used as an operational test for whether the group could distinguish social distance.Secondly, according to the experimental paradigm of Fan Shuo (2018), the participants were induced to be envied/envy. The participant was told that he is now matched with another participant (the other participant is called A). Both parties complete the 10-question test independently and get a score, after which one of them will be selected to get a 100 bonus (related to the test fee, but not the same). The benign envy/envied group will be told: the score is 1 point lower/higher than the peer; the peer/participant gets the bonus, the participant/peer does not get the bonus. The maliciously envy/envied group will be told that the score is 1 point higher/lower than the peer, the peer/participant gets the bonus, and the participant/peer does not get the bonus. After successful induction, the competitive response time task was carried out. This experiment was based on Song Minghua's (2018) adaptation of the classic competitive response time task to measure the aggression tendency of the participants, and the program was programmed with E-Prime 3.0 software. The experimenter told the participants that the noise punishment would cause interference to the other side so that the other side would be affected and could not concentrate on the next round of the game, which could increase their success rate in the next game. Before each task, participants were asked to set the intensity and duration of the noise punishment for their opponents. Noise punishment intensity and duration are divided into 10 levels, corresponding to the number keys 0-9. Arrange 2 trials before the experiment as the practice part to familiarize the participants with the experiment process, and start the formal experiment after the practice part. After the participant completed the noise penalty setting, a black fixation point "+" appeared on the screen, and the fixation time was 800ms, indicating that the participant was focused. Then a red box appeared on the screen, and the red box appeared randomly between 500ms and 1500ms, and then changed to a green box. The participants were asked to press the space bar as soon as the box turned green. A total of 13 attempts were made in the formal task, among which The Times of "winning" and "losing" were 6 and 7 times respectively. If it was judged that the participant won (reaction time was shorter than the other side), he would not accept punishment. The screen showed the punishment set by the other side. And be informed that the other party is receiving the punishment set by the participant (the program will automatically adjust the length of stay on this page according to the punishment time set by the participant to increase the authenticity of the experiment); If the participant is judged to have lost (reaction time is longer than the other side), the screen shows the penalty setting given to the participant by the other side, while receiving the noise penalty. The intensity and duration of the noise set by the participants for their opponents in 13 CRT trials were recorded. The mean of noise intensity and duration set by the participants for the first time in CRT experiment was used as the active attack intensity, and the mean of noise intensity and duration set by all 13 test participants was calculated as the average attack intensity. Finally, the participants completed the relational aggressive behavior scale for A.Table data:A total of 96 pieces of data were collected. SPSS22.0 was used for descriptive analysis, and 2 extreme values were excluded. A total of 94 valid data were obtained, and the data efficiency was 97.91%. With self-esteem as the covariable, 2*2*2 analysis of variance was conducted to analyze the impact on relational aggression intensity, active aggression intensity and average aggression intensity respectively, whether there is a main effect of each variable and whether there is an interaction between each variable.Column 1: Participant group number, A-H corresponds to the above 1-8 groups, for example, "A1" means "familiar companion - friendly jealousy - jealous" group participant 1.Columns 2-4: Relationship of participants (1- familiar companion, 2- stranger companion); Type of jealousy (1- benign envy, 2- malicious envy); Participant type (1- envy, 2- envied).Column 5: Gender (1-male, 2-female).Column 6: Social distance, participants' choices on the Inclusion of Other in the Self Scale (IOS) test.Columns 7-17:7-16 are the participants' answers to the questions in the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale. "Total self-esteem" is the total score of the participants' self-esteem calculated according to the rules of the scale. The higher the score, the higher the self-esteem of the participants.Columns 18-27:18-26 are participants' responses to each question in the relational Behavior Aggression scale. "Total relational aggression" is the total score of relational aggression calculated according to the rules of the scale. The higher the score, the stronger the intensity of relational aggression.Column 28-33: Active intensity refers to the noise intensity set by the participants for the first time in the CRT experiment; Active time refers to the duration set for the first time in CRT experiment. Active average refers to the mean value of noise intensity and duration set by participants for the first time in CRT experiment, which is used as active attack intensity to participate in subsequent data analysis. Average intensity refers to the noise intensity set by all 13 test participants; Average time refers to the duration set by all 13 test participants; Average intensity refers to the mean value of noise intensity and duration set by all 13 test participants, which is used as the average attack intensity for subsequent data analysis.
