Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse liver in whole and fibrotic niche of the liver (scRNA-Seq)

Age-dependent fibrosis accumulated in the liver includes driver cell types of aging. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) from specially digested liver to analyze the age-related fibrosis. The liver was digested to enriched the fibrotic niche and was sequenced in parallel with control data. Experiment was done in young (6 months) and old (24 months) mouse to see age-relation in fibrosis
