Concentrations of hydrosulphide (HS-) in the upper 400 m water column of the Black Sea were measured with a submersible UV-spectrometer SUNA V2 at several sites during the DOORS cruise #2 (Mare Nigrum MN-249). Concomittant measurements of temperature, salinity, and pH were used to calculate concentrations of total hydrogen sulphide (H2S_corr) as sum of sulphide ion (S2-), hydrosulphide (HS-), and hydrogen sulphide (H2S).
