CD4 T cells predominate in salivary gland inflammatory lesions in Sjogren disease. We used multiplex reverse transcriptase PCR to amplify paired T cell receptors of single CD4 memory T cells from salivary gland of individuals with primary Sjogren disease. Knowledge of paired TCRalpha and beta sequences enables further work toward identification of target antigens.
