STACKS VCF file output

The VCF file containing alll SNPs identified by STACKS. This file was filtered and further used to assess genetic structure across the distribution of Primula farinosa in Europe该VCF（Variant Call Format）文件包含了由STACKS软件鉴定得到的全部单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）位点。该文件已经过滤处理，后续被用于评估欧洲境内粉报春（Primula farinosa）整个分布范围内的遗传结构。
