Data underlying: Expansion Microscopy Resolves the Thylakoid Structure of Spinach

We expanded isolated and de-enveloped chloroplasts from spinach in a hydrogel to increase the resolution of fluorescence microscopy imaging. In this dataset, all images underlying the publication "Expansion Microscopy Resolves the Thylakoid Structure of Spinach" can be found. In the Readme file, it is indicated which images are used for which analysis.我们利用水凝胶对分离并去包膜的菠菜叶绿体进行膨胀处理，以提升荧光显微成像的分辨率。本数据集包含了发表论文《膨胀显微镜（Expansion Microscopy）解析菠菜类囊体结构》所依托的全部图像数据。自述文件（Readme）中会标注每张图像对应的分析用途。
