DPYD*6 (rs1801160) and fluoropyrimidine-related severe toxicity: meta-analysis code and extracted data

Reproducible R analysis code and the extracted study-level (2x2) data for the primary meta-analysis reported in the article "Association Between the DPYD*6 (rs1801160) Allele and Fluoropyrimidine-Related Severe Toxicity: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis" (Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, submitted). The self-contained script (DPYD6_primary_metaanalysis.R) reproduces the pooled odds ratio for overall >=grade 3 fluoropyrimidine toxicity (OR 1.86, 95% CI 1.50-2.31; random-effects REML + Hartung-Knapp; k=10), heterogeneity, prediction interval, the pre-specified sensitivity analyses, leave-one-out, study weights, and small-study/publication-bias tests, and writes the per-study data table (DPYD6_2x2_data.csv). All numbers are public, study-level aggregate data; no individual patient data are included. Registration: PROSPERO CRD420251183945. Reporting: PRISMA 2020.
