Auxillary Data S9

An archive containing QC-data for metagenomic libraries. As generated by fastQC, parsed and reported by multiQC, as well as with in-house script available in our github-repository. Contains the main-files: •multiqc_report.html: full report on all libraries, needs the ‘multiqc_data’-folder to be openable with any browser, these are reported split by lane, submitted data has been summed to libraries. •Q_scores_histograms_by_sample.csv: summary of the fastQC data used in Figure 5
