Lot Lines

The original lot line data contains historic reference linework for areas of development. This is especially useful when a particular property has been divided or combined by a previous owner and the current owner wishes to revert back to the property's previous configuration. Much of the FBCAD properties' legal description contain information regarding such actions as the shaving off of several feet on the south side or the combination of several lots in a subdivision. This is especially helpful when recorded documents are presented referencing only the original construct based on a volume and page. The original lot line assists internal personnel in accurately reconfiguring the property to conform with it's original boundary.
