This excel dataset relies on COVID-19 SEIR model output obtained from covid19-scenarios.org. Output varies by the number of infectious COVID-19 imports per day to generate the change in incidence over a one-month period under different levels of the effective reproductive number and starting prevalence. This output was used to calculate theoretical thresholds of infectious imports into a country that would lead to no more than a 1% increase in community transmission.
