AKT translocates to the nucleus

AKT, phosphorylated at threonine (AKT1 308; AKT2 309; AKT3 305) and serine (AKT1 473; AKT2 474; AKT3 472) translocates to the nucleus, reaching a maximum after 15 min and returning to a basal level after 45 min of NGF stimulation. Control of the amount of nuclear AKT is achieved through the action of the phosphatase PP2A (Borgatti et al. 2003).

AKT激酶在苏氨酸（AKT1 308；AKT2 309；AKT3 305）和丝氨酸（AKT1 473；AKT2 474；AKT3 472）位点磷酸化后，转移至细胞核，于NGF刺激后15分钟达到峰值，并在45分钟后回复至基线水平。核内AKT数量的调控是通过磷酸酶PP2A（Borgatti等人，2003年）的作用实现的。
