This folder contains assemblies of Illumina reads obtained from cultures of the following five eustigmatophyte algae:
Neustupella aerophytica CAUP Q 801
Lietzensia polymorpha SAG 2217
Lietzensia polymorpha SAG 2220
Chlorobotrys sp. FD2
Characiopsis acuta ACOI 456
Eustigmatophyceae sp. Wtwin 8/9 T-6m6.8
The generation of the assemblies is described in Barcytė et al., 2022, Redefining Chlorobotryaceae as one of the principal and most diverse lineages of eustigmatophyte algae (Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, under review). Please cite the paper when using the data.
