Inspire-ATOM MV 3D building data

This service is used to download 3D building data with roof shapes (LoD2). It is operated by the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, State Office for Internal Administration. 3D building models (3DGbm) are digital surface models, reduced to buildings and buildings in the property register. Underground buildings are not detected in the 3DGbm of the official surveying system. 3DGbm are available in two stages of implementation. In the LoD1 (Level of Detail 1), the so-called block or block model, the buildings are modelled as blocks. The block consists of the building floor area of the real estate cadastre and the middle building height (median value). In the LoD2, the so-called structural model, the buildings are additionally modelled with a standardised roof shape such as saddle or whale roof.
