The effect of anti-MPO and anti-PR3 IgG from patients with ANCA vasculitis on human monocytes.

These data are part of a body of work exploring the effect of IgG from patients with ANCA vasculitis on human monocytes in vitro. Please see the relevant publication for a full description. Overall design: In each experiment, purified IgG from patients with ANCA vasculitis (anti antibodies to MPO or PR3) or IgG from healthy controls were incubated with human monocytes. Experiments were performed with or without TLR agonists, and timepoints and conditions are described below. The 'donor' refers to the healthy monocyte donor and is the same as in the associated publication. Each group had n=8, except in three cases n=7 for technical reasons. These were 202 (control, donor D, LPS), 513 (anti-MPO, donor F, R848) and 418 (anti-PR3, donor F, LPS).
