Population genomics of Orbicella faveolata in the Florida Keys

We are aiming to understand genomic mechanisms by which corals adapt to variable conditions across their species' range. This information will allow us estimating the potential of their evolutionary adaptation in response to climate change and will let us harness the natural evolutionary process to improve coral reef restoration and conservation.
