Panel Study on Consumer Decisions and Asset Management, 1968-1979
收藏资源简介:

This data collection contains two surveys relating to the economic and financial behavior of married couples. The surveys were administered to married couples in two separate panels: the Decatur-Peoria and Chicago areas. One panel involved couples who married in Peoria or Decatur, Illinois, in the summer of 1968, with the husband aged 30 or less at that time. The initial sample size was 311 couples. The other panel is a similar cohort but contains couples married in the Chicago area in the summer of 1972. The initial sample size of that panel was 409. As of the Spring of 1979, the members of the Peoria-Decatur panel had been interviewed sixteen times, and the numbers of the Chicago panel ten times. If the coupled divorced, the husdband and wife were followed up individually and remain in the panel. Data include a wide range of financial, demographic, personality, and expenditure variables.
