Analisis Usability Aplikasi Gramedia Digital Berdasarkan Perspektif Pengguna

This study aims to analyze the level of usability of Gramedia Digital application from the user's perspective using a quantitative approach based on the PACMAD model. Usability is measured through five main dimensions, namely ease of learning, efficiency, recall, errors, and user satisfaction. Data were obtained from an online survey filled out by 73 respondents who actively use the Gramedia Digital application, then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that all dimensions have a positive and significant impact on perceived usefulness, with user satisfaction being the most influential factor. The model was able to explain 75% of the variance in perceived app usability. The findings provide important information for developers to improve the quality of user experience as well as strengthen user loyalty to the app.
