Targeted brain metabolomics in a 7 month-old GBE1-deficient adult polyglucosan body disease mouse model

Targeted metabolomic profiles (protein-normalized relative abundances of brain metabolites) were obtained in an adult polyglucosan body disease mouse model and littermate controls. Genotypes and biological replicates are as follows: WT (Gbe1+/+) n=12, Gbe1YS (Gbe1Y329S/Y329S) n=12本数据集包含靶向代谢组学谱（脑代谢物经蛋白标准化后的相对丰度），样本取自成年多聚葡聚糖体病（polyglucosan body disease）小鼠模型及其同窝对照小鼠。基因型与生物学重复数量如下：野生型（WT, Gbe1+/+）n=12，Gbe1YS突变型（Gbe1Y329S/Y329S）n=12。
