TOD - Loan Program Areas

The TOD Loan Program areas are a specialized variation of the TOD Transit Buffer, designed specifically for activities related to the Cuyahoga County TOD Loan Program. This layer represents transit-oriented development (TOD) buffers generated from point-in-time GTFS data extractions of GCTRA data. Using the GTFS model in ArcGIS Pro, routes with 30-minute or better peak service are identified as "frequent" routes. From these routes, 1/2 mile buffers are created. Additionally, 1/4 mile buffers are generated around all rail stops, including the waterfront line.
